Each memorial is connected to a unique QR plaque, allowing friends and family to instantly access a dedicated online page filled with memories, photographs, videos and tributes.
Your one-off setup includes everything needed to begin. A high-quality QR plaque is provided as a physical keepsake that can be placed on a headstone, bench, in a home or kept somewhere special. Alongside this, we create and activate the memorial page, ready for you to personalise with life stories, milestones, messages and meaningful links. The first 12 months of secure hosting are included, ensuring the page remains accessible from day one.
From there, the memorial can continue to grow. You can add photos, upload video tributes, share music, write their life story and invite friends and family to leave personal messages. Privacy controls allow you to decide whether the page is public, private or password-protected, giving you full control over who can view and contribute.
After the first year, ongoing hosting renews automatically at £49 per year, ensuring the memorial remains live and protected. If the subscription is ever cancelled or a payment fails, the page is placed into a suspended state rather than deleted, safeguarding the memories stored there.
